• Return and exchange are guaranteed rights for all our customers and apply to all products available in our store.

• Products can be returned or exchanged if they are in their original condition at the time of purchase and in their original packaging.

• Returns must be made within 3 days of purchase, and exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

• Kindly take a photo of the product and provide your city, address, and order number. This is required if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, so it can be exchanged for another product.

• A 30% deduction (or at least 25 MAD) applies if the customer does not want the product and it has no defects or issues.
